We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 3 pm, Monday to Friday, within 1-2 working days. If you order after 3 pm or on the weekend, it'll go out on the next working day.... Most of the time, deliveries arrive the next day (we hit that mark about 98% of the time within Ireland), but during busy times like sales, Christmas, or Black Friday, it may take a bit longer to reach you.Shipping Costs

- €7.95 Same-Day Dispatch: your order is guaranteed to leave us on the day you placed it, if ordered before 3pm (this option may be unavailable during busy sales)
Please note: during sales and promotional periods, free delivery is not available. A flat rate of €2.95 applies to ALL Republic of Ireland orders, regardless of order value.
UK & Northern Ireland
€10 flat rate. Please note that liquids cannot be shipped to the UK. All our parcels are shipped with An Post, and you will receive a tracking number to your email address once your order has been dispatched.Delivery During Sale Periods
During a sale, due to the high volume of orders, your delivery might take a little longer than usual. We work as fast as we can to get everything out the door, so we appreciate your patience during these times. Sale and promotion shipping: our standard free delivery offer is paused during sales and promotional periods. Instead, a flat rate of €2.95 applies to all Republic of Ireland orders, no matter the order value. This allows us to keep prices low across the sale. 98% of our parcels are delivered in Ireland in 1-2 working days.

Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy from the day you receive your order. To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition. When returning an item, please make sure it’s ... packed securely, and don’t forget to include your packing slip. Also, be sure to reach out to us via email first—returns without prior approval can’t be processed.If anything in your order arrives damaged, please email us at [email protected] within 7 days. We kindly ask that you check your items as soon as they arrive and let us know right away if there’s an issue—we can’t help with problems reported after that time.
