How to Use the Olaplex Lashbond Building Serum 

1. For best results- use the serum twice daily, in the am and pm on clean dry skin.
2. Dip the brush once and apply a thin line of serum along the upper lash line, from the inner corner to the outer corner of your eye.
3. Allow the serum to dry fully for 90 seconds before applying your other eye products.

There is no need to apply the serum to the lower lash line.
